Karen M. Kehr is the President of Hawthorne Services, LLC, a business consultancy dedicated to executive and organizational development. She has extensive experience coaching “C” level executives, facilitating executive level groups and organizational consulting for both for-profit companies and industries, and non-profit groups. Karen holds active memberships in the American Society of Training and Development, the Society for Human Resource Management and the Executive Forum.
